Fitness CoachGrowth with HeyDM
Turn every interaction into growth. Automate your DMs, leads, and sales in minutes. HeyDM is the Instagram automation tool creators and brands trust for automated DMs, comment replies, and lead capture — all without touching code.
Comment Automation
Reply to comments automatically and send a direct message (DM) with your product link or file.
AI Message Variations
Generate multiple AI-written versions of your comment replies, DMs, follow-gate messages, and lead-capture texts in one click — so every follower gets something that feels personal, not copy-pasted.
Story Automation
Send instant auto-replies when someone mentions you or reacts to your Instagram Story.
Shared-Post DM Trigger
Someone shared your reel in a DM instead of commenting? HeyDM still fires your automation and sends your link or file — no comment required.
Ask For Follow
Automatically ask users to follow your page before sending them your exclusive links in the DM.
Comment Reply Cap
Set a maximum number of comment replies per post so one viral moment never floods your automation — or your inbox — out of control.
Direct Inbox Delivery
Stop asking users to check your "Link in Bio". Send your links and offers directly in their chat.
Auto-Tag Commenters
Every automated reply @mentions the commenter by name, making bot replies feel personal and boosting visibility in the comment thread.
Collect User Data
Easily ask for emails or phone numbers right inside the chat to build your audience list.
DM Keyword Replies
When someone DMs you a word like "PRICE" or "LINK", HeyDM sends the reply you set for it, day or night.
Follow-up Messages
Once someone replies or taps a button, send a timed follow-up inside Instagram's 24-hour window, so a warm lead doesn't go cold.
Re-trigger Old Posts
Turn automation on for posts and reels you published months ago, so people who comment late still get your link.
Built-In Account Protection — Smart Safe Mode
Smart Safe Mode makes automation behave like a person replying, not a bot blasting DMs, which lowers the chance of Instagram flagging your account.
Natural Reply Delays
Random, human-like pauses on every action — never instant like a bot.
First DM Timing
Set the wait time before your first DM goes out — fully customizable up to 60 minutes.
Message Pacing
Set the pause between chat messages — customizable up to 5 minutes for a real conversation feel.
Hourly Reply Limit
Set your own hourly reply cap — it pauses automatically and resumes next hour.
Every delay and limit is fully customizable from your dashboard. Built for creators who've been burned by other automation tools — designed to minimize restriction risk, not just automate, but automate safely.
Manual vs Automated
Stop losing leads to manual work. See how Instagram DM automation solves the biggest bottlenecks for creators and businesses.
The Problem: Manual Replies
Spending hours manually typing "Check your DM!" and copying/pasting links for every single comment, causing delayed responses and lost sales.
The Solution: Instant Auto-DMs
HeyDM automatically replies to the comment and sends your link, file, or offer straight to their inbox 24/7. Zero delays, maximum conversion.
The Problem: "Link in Bio" is Ignored
Telling followers to click the "Link in Bio" creates friction. Most users won't leave their feed to hunt for your link, dropping your Click-Through Rate (CTR).
The Solution: Direct Inbox Delivery
Deliver your funnel link directly into their DMs where they are already chatting. Turn casual scrollers into immediate, high-intent leads.
The Problem: Losing Track of Leads
Comments get buried under new notifications. You easily lose track of who asked for your product, making follow-ups impossible.
The Solution: Automated Lead Capture
Our Instagram chatbot captures every interaction. Track your lead generation analytics effortlessly and never miss a potential customer again.
