User Content & Automation Liability
HeyDM provides automation tools for Instagram Comments and DMs. We do not filter, edit, publish or review your automated responses prior to them being sent. The content of your DMs and Comments reflects your views and not the views of HeyDM.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, HeyDM shall not be liable for the Comments/Messages sent via our automation or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of our automation tools.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to use the automation features on your Instagram account;
- Your automated messages do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material;
- The automation will not be used to solicit or promote unlawful activity or spam.
Meta Platform Compliance
HeyDM uses the official Instagram Graph API provided by Meta. By using our service, you also agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. Any violation of Meta's policies via our tool may result in the termination of your HeyDM account.
Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: Government agencies; Search engines; News organizations.
We may consider and approve other link requests from commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves; (b) the link is in the context of general resource information.

By using our services, you grant HeyDM the right to use your name, logo, social media handle, profile image, and publicly available usage data (such as follower count or engagement metrics) for marketing and promotional purposes.
