What Happens When You Hit the DM Cap
CreatorFlow is upfront about it: when you reach the monthly limit, automations pause until the next billing cycle. You get a warning first, and you can buy one-time top-up packs that never expire, or move up a plan. That's a fair system. The trouble is timing. Caps bite on the day a Reel takes off, which is exactly when you want every commenter to get the link.
A quick example: a Reel brings in 6,000 "LINK" comments in its first week. On Pro, the automation stops at 5,000 for the month (fewer if your other posts already used some) unless you top up or move to Growth. On HeyDM there's no monthly cap. Smart Safe Mode spreads the replies out using the delays and hourly limit you set, and Instagram's own ceiling is 750 private replies an hour per account.
