How to connect my Instagram account to HeyDM?

Connecting your account takes less than 2 minutes. First, ensure your Instagram account is set to a Professional Account (Creator or Business) and is linked to a Facebook Page.

1. Log into your HeyDM Dashboard.
2. Click on the Connect with Facebook button.
3. A Meta popup will appear. Select the Instagram account and the linked Facebook Page you wish to automate.
4. Grant the required permissions. (Do not uncheck any permissions, or the bot will fail to read comments).

How can I disconnect my Instagram account?

If you want to stop all automations immediately or link a different account, you can disconnect your profile safely.

1. Go to your HeyDM Dashboard.
2. Click on Settings > Integrations.
3. Click the Disconnect button next to your Instagram account.
4. To be completely sure, you can also go to your Facebook Business Settings and remove the HeyDM app from your active integrations.

How do I change or reset my password?

If you are already logged in but want to change your password for security reasons: Go to Settings > Security, enter your current password, and type in a new one.

Forgot your password? Don't worry. Go to the HeyDM Login page and click on Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password instantly.

How to set up an auto-reply for Instagram comments?

Setting up an Instagram comment automation is the fastest way to generate sales from your Reels and Posts.

1. Navigate to the Automations tab in HeyDM.
2. Click New Flow and select 'Post/Reel Comment' as your trigger.
