1. 15-Day Free Trial (No Credit Card Required)
We offer a 15-day fully functional free trial for all new users to experience our premium features.
- No Payment Info Needed: You do NOT need to enter your credit/debit card details or UPI ID to start the trial.
- No Automatic Charges: When your 15-day trial ends, you will NOT be charged automatically. We do not deduct money without your explicit permission.
- Post-Trial: If you do not choose to upgrade after 15 days, your account will simply be paused or downgraded to a limited version.
2. Paid Subscription & e-Mandate
Charges only apply after you manually choose to upgrade to a paid plan (Monthly or Annual).
- First Payment: You must manually authorize the first payment via our secure payment gateway.
- Auto-Renewal (Mandate): If you enable auto-renewal (subscription mandate) during payment, subsequent charges will be deducted automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You can cancel this mandate at any time from your Dashboard or Banking App to stop future deductions.
3. Refund Policy
Since we offer a completely risk-free 15-day trial (no card required), we generally follow a strict no-refund policy for paid subscriptions once processed.
- Monthly Plan: Once charged, the current month is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop the next month's charge.
- Annual Plan: We do not offer refunds for annual plans as they are provided at a significant discount.
- Exceptions: In case of technical errors (e.g., double deduction), we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days upon verification.
4. How to Cancel Subscription
You have full control over your billing.
- Via Dashboard: Go to Settings > Billing > Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Effect: Cancellation stops the auto-renewal. Your premium access will continue until the end of the days you have already paid for.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.
